Recipe for Chicken Yee Mee!
Tired of rice, I asked my wife for a noodle recipe. This is what she gave me... Not bad, for a beginner like me.
Ingredients
- Yee Mee
- Some chicken meat, sliced (I added one sausage, sliced)
- Some green vege leaves
- Onion, cut (I used garlic and red onion here)
- Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Corn flour, 1 tablespoon - Mixed inside 1 glass of wate
- Egg, 1
How to Cook
Heat the pan
Put in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Put in Onion and Garlic
Cook until yellow/brownish
Put in the chicken slices
Mix all inside the pan for about 2 minutes
Put in the cornflour/water and the oyster sauce
Turn to slow fire
Put in the vegetables and noodle
Mix all inside the pan
If the water gets less, add more water
Cook until the noodles get soft
Break the egg into the pan
You're done!
Remember
Salt! - You have to put in salt!
